1953      Born in Kanazawa City

1978      Graduated from Kanazawa College of Art (Dyeing Course, Department of Crafts and Design)

1979      Completed the Master’s program, Department of Crafts and Design, Kanazawa College of Art.

Currently produces works using the stencil-dyeing technique

2023      Awarded the Kanazawa Craft Council Chairperson’s Encouragement Prize at the 79th Kanazawa Craft Exhibition
